Christmas Cartoon Rarities

As I try to do every year. I have a list of favorite Christmas specials and movies I watch to lead up to Christmas. How The Grinch Stole Christmas, A Charlie Brown Christmas, Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas, etc..

I think I have a new favorite to add to my list now.

This version of A Christmas Carol was made in 1972, Executive produced by Chuck Jones, and Directed by Richard Williams, the animation shown in this special is utterly spectacular! To add a nice cherry on top of this, they had Alastair Sim (The best film Scrooge I can think of) play the voice of Scrooge!

Everything about this is just complete home run! Watching this reminds me why I love animation so much.

In the meantime, enjoy your holiday, and Merry Christmas!
